History
After specializing in organic farming and distillation for 30 years, a dream was achieved! Creating a purely organic and sustainable tequila from the mountains of Amatitan. Plants are aged for 10yrs then harvested. The heart of the plant ?the pineapple? gets roasted in an old-fashioned stone oven. After they extract the pulp from the juice and begin the fermentation process.
