Description
A powerhouse expression from the legendary E.H. Taylor lineup, Barrel Proof Uncut & Unfiltered delivers bourbon in its purest form?drawn straight from the barrel with no dilution and no filtration. Bottled at full proof, this release showcases the raw intensity, depth, and character that define true small-batch craftsmanship.
The nose is bold and inviting, opening with rich waves of caramelized sugar, dark molasses, and toasted oak, followed by layers of dried fruit, cocoa, and baking spice. On the palate, it is intense yet beautifully structured?bursting with flavors of deep caramel, vanilla bean, and burnt toffee, complemented by notes of dark cherry, cinnamon, clove, and a hint of espresso. The higher proof amplifies every element, delivering a full-bodied, mouth-coating experience with remarkable balance.
The finish is long, warming, and complex, lingering with oak, spice, and a touch of sweetness that slowly fades into a rich, satisfying depth.
Highly sought after by collectors and connoisseurs, Colonel E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof Uncut & Unfiltered is a true statement bourbon?powerful, unrefined, and unapologetically authentic.
