Description
This Pedro Ximenez finished bourbon is part of the Cask Finish Series by Barrell. It blends eight mature whiskies from Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee at a combined mashbill of 80% corn, 16% rye and 4% malted barley. It is filled with cigar boxes, sticky sun-kissed raisins, stone fruit, cedar, baked pears and black pepper.
